El asesor de seguridad del presidente de los Estados Unidos, John Bolton, le envió un mensaje contundente al ministro de la Defensa del régimen, Vladimir Padrino López, en el que le exige “defender a los soldados frente a la tortura y el abuso a manos del dictador Maduro”.
Asimismo, lo invitó a tomar una decisión de cara al futuro de Venezuela porque si no “serás recordado por ser cómplice de estas acciones, traicionando a tu juramento constitucional”.
“Padrino, tienes que elegir. Defiende a tus compañeros soldados y compatriotas frente a la tortura y el abuso a manos del dictador Maduro.
